Communication is the cornerstone of effective teaching, serving as  a bridge between educators and their students, colleagues, and stakeholders. Whether delivering a lesson, providing feedback, or addressing concerns, effective communication ensures that instructional objectives are understood and achieved.

Moreover, communication facilitates collaboration among educators, enabling the sharing of best practices, resources, and insights to enhance teaching effectiveness. Beyond the classroom, strong communication  skills  enable teachers to connect with parents, administrators, and the broader community, fostering partnerships that support student success.

 

But in addition to these technical skills in effective communication, a teacher has to know how to transmit from the heart, imbuing his or her message with emotions that will resonate with the student and go beyond a mere transmission of content with a more or less distant expiry date.

Through this course in effective and affective  communication,  the student will learn about the systems involved in voice emission, the importance of communication, language and speech, etc.

The course will help to develop the necessary skills to speak well in public.

The aim is to help each student to find his or her own speaker, a basic step in order to be able to give efficient presentations.

The course is mainly practical and based on theatrical techniques.

Course description

Those who have the privilege of working and sharing space with students, whether children or adolescents, must recognise that daily interaction is enriching, and is also a constant back-and-forth of intellect and emotions. Every exercise of daily socialisation generates affective bonds, but also the latency of conflict.

This course is an opportunity to understand, from the point of view of various authors, the way in which a student can relate to his or her peers in the school environment, recognising the possible origin of the conflict, in order to seek alternative solutions.

Because classroom management is one of  the  fundamental competences of the teacher.

Managing teaching strategies, understanding learning  situations and attending to the needs of learners makes the difference between a good teacher and an excellent one.

Course description

In the Team Building course a collaborative culture will be strengthened through  fun  games and dynamics where the team will come together and work together.

When people are committed to teamwork, the workplace functions better, problems are solved more quickly, conflicts are less likely to become toxic and performance is higher. Despite the benefits, people can be reluctant, even unwilling, to work in teams. To help the company improve this situation, we develop activities that help to immediately address such situations in the team in order to build trust, improve communication and consequently create a culture of collaboration.

This is the ideal space to help employees to let go and feel free, while they work on strengthening their soft skills: communication, interpersonal      relationships, teamwork, emotional management and collaboration.

Several methodologies are used  in the course: experiential learning, NLP, Team Coaching, appreciative diagnostics, visual thinking, among others.

International Airport Adolfo Suárez is the biggest airport in Spain and it has connections with all the important destinations in Europe.
